Grandview Marquette

The historic Grandview Marquette has the following apartments for rent at the city's most prestigious address:

  • (2) 1-bedroom - Rent $642/month
  • (12) 2-bedroom - Rent $766/month
  • (1) 3-bedroom - Rent $879/month

Rent includes heat, central air conditioning, water/sewer and hot water. Tenant pays electric. Rent includes free use of the historic chapel which has been converted into a community room.

Grandview offers cable TV and high speed internet at reduced prices. Storage units are also available to rent. There are laundry rooms on each floor and we have free bicycle storage along with the community room for resident parties, activities and special events.

All available units are for people whose income falls between the 50% and 60% of Area Medium Income for Marquette County. AMI is based on household size.

Grandview Marquette accepts Section 8 and MSHDA vouchers which sometimes lets us consider people with income lower than the minimum suggested amount.
